Leslie Boswell doesn’t just sell on Las Olas—she lives there too with her husband, daughter, and 5 lb. Pomeranian.

Originally from Overland Park, Kansas, Leslie moved to Fort Lauderdale in 2021 and quickly fell in love with the South Florida lifestyle and Las Olas Boulevard’s unique charm.

Today, she specializes in luxury condos, penthouses, and waterfront homes on Las Olas, Downtown, and the surrounding neighborhoods, while working with buyers and sellers throughout Fort Lauderdale. She’s helped buyers purchase homes in some of the city’s most sought-after condo buildings and helped multiple sellers achieve record sales prices—including two $2.4 million Las Olas condo sales that ranked as the second- and third-highest sales in the building at the time.

Leslie also brings an international perspective to South Florida real estate. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Kansas in International Business and Spanish, spent six months living in Spain, and helped build a marketing business with her husband that operated in 11 countries.

She speaks Spanish fluently (¡Hablo español!) and loves working with international and Spanish-speaking buyers looking to purchase in Fort Lauderdale. That global perspective also influences how she markets her listings, knowing the right buyer may be coming from South Florida, another state—or another country.

Leslie is passionate about connecting with her clients and serving them with expertise, kindness, and meticulous attention to detail, while making buying or selling a home as enjoyable and seamless as possible.

And this truly is a family business. Her husband, Dustin, previously ran a marketing agency that generated over $81 million in revenue for clients—and now puts that experience to work making sure every property they represent looks amazing and receives maximum exposure. Their daughter, Isla, is her showing assistant and makes sure every home is ready to show.

Outside of real estate, Leslie has been a worship leader at her church since the age of 13 and has even recorded her own music album.
